Superset: A form of strength training in which you move quickly from one exercise to a separate exercise without taking a break to rest in between the two exercises. Then take a rest after you do the two exercises in a row. 

Drop Set: Do as many reps at one weight as you can then immediately grab a lower weight and do as many reps as you can again. Repeat for as many times as the workout calls for.
